CLEAN UP DAY!

Prince George’s County Department of Environment has agreed to place a dumpster between 2105 and 2021 on High Timber Road at the recreation grounds for Sunrise residents to participate in a community clean-up day. Clean-up will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021.

Acceptable materials include:
• furniture
• refrigerators
• washing machines and dryers
• hot water heaters, and
• lawn mower
Please remove refrigerator doors, gas tanks
from lawn mowers and drain all oils.

Unacceptable materials
include:
• tree stumps and trunks
• yard waste
• auto parts
• car tires
• construction materials
• carpeting
• sheds
• fences
• hazardous waste
• household trash
• glass, mirrors, and wood
